OVERVIEW:
To strengthen and infuse professionalisation in management of Cooperatives, institute conducts Short Duration Management Development Programme for the middle level employees of the Cooperative Department and institutions.

OBJECTIVES:
1. To strengthen and infuse professionalisation in management of Cooperatives.
2. To provide opportunities to employees of Cooperative department as well as Cooperative institutions to horn their skills through exposure to modern management concepts, methods and techniques.
3. To inculcate positive and Cooperatives attitude amongst the participants.

TARGET GROUP:
Middle level employees of Cooperative department and Cooperative institutions.

DURATION:
Varies from 3 days to 5 days.

COURSE FEE:
Varies from Rs. 300/- to 500/- per participants per day which includes boarding and lodging. No TA or DA is payable for joining the course.
