INFRASTRUCTURAL FACILITIES:
Institute is having its own building covering an area of 4.7 acres of land. Institute building comprises administrative block, training wing, well furnished Air conditioned class rooms, conference hall, library etc. All the programmes conducted in the institute are residential. The air conditioned conference hall of the institute has a sitting capacity of 125 participants well equipped with public address system & other utilities. Institute is also having hostel with staying capacity of 100 participants spreading over to 72 rooms, dining hall and lounge along with adequate facilities for recreation. Construction work of an executive hostel comprising of 30 rooms is under progress. Institute is running its mess by its co-operative consumer store and providing boarding facilities to participants at subsidised rate.

ADMINISTRATIVE BLOCK:
Administrative Block comprises of Reception Hall, Principal Room, Vice Principal Room, Faculty Rooms, Steno Room, Office, Class Room, Library, Computer Centre, Board Room, Conference Hall, Roneo Operator's Room etc.

CLASS ROOMS:
The institute has adequate no of class rooms and places for HDCM, MBA and other Short Term training Programmes equipped with modern teaching and training aids with air conditioning facility.

THE COMPUTER CENTRE:
The Institute is having its own Computer Centre with Pentium-I, III & IV series of computers with multimedia and also connected with internet facility .The computer centre is headed by the expert and experienced computer engineer comprises of other members experts in latest packages. The IT set up of the institute includes other useful hardware devices like Scanners, CD-Writers, Printers etc. The internet facility is made available to the entire setup.

THE LIBRARY:
We have a well furnished library consisting of 11000 books in the areas of Co-operation, Management, Credit & Banking, Finance, Accounts, Managerial Economics, Rural development, Law and other allied subjects. It also subscribes to various leading journals and magazines in Co-operation, Management and computers etc.

SEMINAR AND CONFERENCE HALL:
We have a well designed seminar and conference hall with suitable configuration to facilitate effective discussions and deliberations. The hall is equipped with modern communication systems. The capacity of this hall is 125 participants.

BOARD ROOM:
Institute is having a Board Room suited for board meetings, Group discussions etc.

GUEST ROOM:
Institute is having an air conditioned guest room with all the amenities and facilities.

RESIDENTIAL BLOCK:
Residential Block consists of Hostel, Dining Hall, Recreation Hall and indoor games facilities.

HOSTEL:
A hostel with self contained 72 rooms is available for participants of MBA, HDCM, DHCM, DICM and Short Term Courses. Hostel consists of single and double seated rooms. There are few room with attached bathrooms. Some rooms are also equipped with coolers. Bathrooms are fitted with geysers.

THE DINING HALL:
Institute is having a big dining hall with the sitting arrangement of 75 participants. Equipped with Water Cooler, refrigerator, LPG Stove etc. To provide safe and pure drinking water aqua guard is fitted with water cooler.

THE RECREATION HALL:
Adjacent to dining hall institute is having a recreation hall fitted with TV. Carom, Chess etc is available in the recreation hall itself.

THE AUDIO VISUAL UNIT:
The institute is having a modern audio-visual unit equipped with Colour T.V., Liquid Crystal Display panel, V.C.R., Slide Projector, Over head Projector, Public Address System and Management based video cassettes for effective learning and participative training.

MEDICAL FACILITY:
The Institute has a free medical check-up facility for the trainee officers on regular basis. Part time Medical services of an experienced medical officer from Govt. Hospital is made available .
